Andrea Canlas (she/her), a licensed clinical professional counselor, helps clients to experience their emotions without feeling controlled by them so they can make decisions with more ease, connect in relationships, be productive and enjoy life. Through collaboration, compassion and creativity, Andrea teaches individuals to understand the subtle cues of the body, create plans for how to release and self-sooth emotions, and bring the mind and body back into alignment. With over 16 years of experience in the field, and many more years in life, Andrea works with individuals ages 16 and up facing a variety of struggles including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, trauma, life adjustments and more. Her intuitive, holistic approach is attachment based, trauma informed and utilizes her continuing education in IFS, somatic therapies, polyvagal theory and insight-oriented processes. “The answers are inside ourselves, and I would love to be a guide on that journey of self-discovery and healing.”

She guides individuals toward deeper self-awareness and understanding how past experiences influence present relationships, challenges, and joys. Kathy is trauma-informed and specializes in areas such as depression, anxiety, shame, self-worth, disordered eating, grief, intimacy, and communication issues. Using therapeutic models like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play and Art Therapy, and CBT, Kathy works collaboratively with clients to unburden areas that feel stuck. Ellis concentrates on supporting clients in specific areas, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, self-worth issues, relational issues, and LGBTQ+-related issues. Katie Siadak (she/her) is a licensed social worker with an MSW from the University of Denver, BA in English, and MA in Community and Economic Development. Her belief in the power of story to develop self-understanding guides her practice. She supports clients in harnessing their creativity to rewrite life experiences. She speaks Spanish, and has worked in social enterprise, integrative health and with school children facing poverty and violence. She has special training in substance use, supporting clients in medication-assisted treatment. Her approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. She serves children, adults, and couples facing trauma, depression/anxiety, struggles with relationships, work, ADHD, gender identity and more. Drawing from internal family systems, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, she suggests tools to assist clients in living authentically. Madeleine Kadam (she/her) earned her BA in Psychology from DePauw University and her MSW from Loyola University. Her previous experience includes helping children and adolescents in crisis and helping adults healing from trauma and domestic/sexual violence. Her areas of focus also include depression, anxiety, stress, identity, parenting, and relationships. Madeleine’s approach to therapy is gentle and collaborative. She believes we all possess the wisdom needed to guide us closer to the life we imagine, but sometimes this knowledge can feel clouded by distress or external difficulties. She hopes not only to help you process painful experiences, but also to shine a light on new possibilities and to help you uncover your truest self. Madeleine uses CBT, ACT, IFS, and motivational interviewing to support couples and individuals of all ages.
